Leo Weigand became an ordained Minister in July 2004 and has completed many beach weddings as an officiant and minister.
Leo is retired from the United States Army after serving 20 years. With tours in Vietnam and Korea. Having traveled abroad and witnesseing many cultural differences allows him to create a ceremony that may be a part of your national heritage. His desire to create a ceremony that will be special to YOU is unsurpassed.
